Best customer support for an app. I have been playing for a few months and get credited quickly with a very smooth cash out process. So, I noticed right away when one of my goals didn't get credited. When I contacted support with screen shots, they were courteous in explaining the issue (which was my error) and still gave me credit for the goal. I rarely rate apps, but felt this deserved a shout out. Keep up the great work customer support!
I have almost no problems with this rewards app. I love using it, I like that they give out hidden codes to enter and redeem for coins & boost rewards. I wish there was more options of games to play since a lot of them seem like Casino/Word games. Some of them are overloaded with forced ads and it's hard to enjoy them. Other than that, excellent app and easy to redeem your reward.
It was nice at first, very transparent, easy to use and paid fairly quickly. Games are very limited though and, more importantly, they stop tracking more often than not. All but 2 games have done the thing, they track what you do the first time you play and just stop after that. There's no fixing it either. They just politely explain how it's somehow your fault and out of there control. GFC.
