Just bought my printer and am disappointed. I researched and watched YouTube videos and was excited about all the features it offered, but they're not there. The videos must have been made with a previous app. Apps are supposed to get better, not worse. It does print, to an extent, with a lot of work doing all the editing through Gallery-still very limited. Also, it frequently refuses to connect, so you have to mess with it.
Application refuses to connect to the printer every single time I try to use it. Usually, I have to delete the printer and completely reconnect. I've reinstalled the app twice, it still sucks. Also, it crashes if you try to switch paper sizes, disconnecting the printer, and creating further connection issues. The printer is useless without this app, and it's total garbage. App lacks features to improve print quality, so it's really a guessing game as to how well this thing is going to work
This was suppose to be in English, but the app has a lot of functions I think in Chinese. Could not get the app to print apk files or jpg correctly on Android, iPhone, or laptop. Also, Amazon didn't have 8" paper for the FS1 thermal printer and not wanting to deal with China shipping. Too difficult, so returning and getting something proven...
