App is okay. What I hate is that transactions are taking forever to post and balanced out incoming and outgoing. Refund is also slow. I use it everyday with sometimes 5 - 10 transactions per day and some refunds in between. It's confusing to understand your actual balance, it does not update real time. Sometimes balance decreases then increases and vice versa. Sometimes I don't even receive etransfers same day, sometimes instant. Sometimes I can't send etransfers. My balance isn't balancing.LOL
The app works fine, however a lot of the time the insights tab doesnt work. Also the most annoying part is that i now recieve notification ads on my phone for points or invite "friends" and i have no options to disable them advertisiting on my phone... as its not in the notification options to disable unless i disable them on the phone level. I will honestly be looking for alternative credit cards just because of this.
Overall the app is great and easy to use, once you understand how to navigate through it. My one issue is that optimum points need to be updated right away from PC stores (No frills, loblaws, real canadian superstore) I don't want to have to wait 2 to 3 business days for points to be reflected...I need my points now!! I'm spending my money now! Bill payments or direct deposit maybe...but everything else should be uploaded as soon as you purchase.
