It sucks. I've already uninstalled and about to go searching for another voicemail attachment playing app...though it's doubtful I'll find one. Magic Jack is a great deal so I guess they ekinl on the extras and this is definitely one of them. Everything about Remote Wave absolutely is the worst it could possibly be. I'm sure of it. Don't even waste your time.
Magic Jack was once a service to enjjoy but now you are advised to avoid. I have tried to cancel several times and no longer pay for the service but they have not ended it so I keep getting emails letting me know I have a message which I cannot access if I wanted. I suggest that if you stop using it, before you do that change the message to indicate you have stoped.
Worthless. MagicJack required this to play my voice mail from my cellphone. HA! DOES NOT PLAY AUTOMATICALLY, no way to set up or manage settings - no controls at all. Needless to say between MagicJack and Remote Wave neither could salvage the other, never could play my voice mails. PIA uninstalled.
