Constant crashes, no support. I love the idea of this app, I paid for the yearly subscription even. But it causes crashes on my Pixel Watch any time I use it. I reached out to the developer for help and got no response, after sending a follow-up email and still crickets I post this review. If they simply responded, they'd get a 2 star, if they fixed the issue they'd get 5, as of now I'd give a zero if I could.
I'm having issues getting certain aspects of the face I made to update. Fill bars (specifically for seconds) don't fill until I send the face to my watch again. The weather often doesn't refresh, even if I do it automatically. The compass frequently freezes. Temperature always shows in Celsius. Too many bugs for what's essentially a paid app.
Got a new watch. I decided I would give this app another chance and it still doesn't work. Even paid for the subscription didn't help. Can't download the app to the watch. When I try it sends me back to the phone which takes me to the play store where it shows its on the watch. (It's not on the watch) There is absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone to get help for either app (phone or watch). So don't waste your time or money here. Facer is a lot easier to use and it actually works.
