App is full of bugs. The bracelets buzzes non stop, Many times it'll do 10 or 12 back to back. It's unreliable, you never know if your partner pressed the bracelet or if it's just randomly doing it. I would say 99% of the time it's just a random buzz that is doing all by itself. My girlfriend and I wore them for a week and we would text each other whenever we pressed it. Customer service is pretty much worthless they don't know how to fix. App and firmware are noth at latest and still every bad.
You all spelled Marriage as Marriag on the profile listing. Aside from that, I really wish there was ANY customization for the actual vibration. I don't like that it buzzes three times. I just want one short buzz, and that's it. For the most expensive product in this genre, I would have expected a lot more. Not to mention, that branding takes up a lot of the jewelry itself, that I'm not big on. I think the design is better than others out there, just lacking real care, and functionality.
Our necklaces simply refuse to stay connected after getting wet. These aren't water proof. Do not let them get ANY water on them. I accidentally left mine on and showered and since then, it won't stay connected. Even if the app is open on my phone and the screen is unlocked with the app right there. I have every permission enabled and everything set to constantly allow notification and connections and nothing works. Nearly $200 for something that isn't particularly viable. /:
