First of all this app has a Android system icon. Also this app is not a widget. It does not show up in the widget list. So there's no reason to have a transparent note because looking at it in the notepad transparency doesn't even affect the app. Without the app being in widget list it's useless. And the fact that uses an Android system icon is disturbing.
I gave it a two because it won't let me add images or pictures to my notes.
Way to expensive, expecially with all the sticky note apps available
