I believe this to be their paid subscription app for credit monitoring. Whereas, it would be nice to be able to login and freeze my credit from the app instead of getting linked out to another website. Credentials for this app also are different from the "service" and "true identity" products. It's just not a clean user experience. One set of credentials should work across all products, but allow different functionality depending on paid or not.
This app is terrible; 1st off it seems like a port everytime I login it tells me incorrect login then ports me to the web app where I put in the same login info and then it logs in after sending me a code. Why isn't the app capable of sending the code so I don't have to try logging in twice?? 2nd transunion charges for a credit score separate from a requested report. It's a small fee but it's annoying when the other bureaus don't charge. 3rd the scoring advice is extremely generic.
App has been fubar for a long time. States longing credentials are incorrect, or says it's sending a code to an email address I haven't used in over a decade. Logging into website is no problem, and my info (including login information and current email address) is correct on there as well. This is very disappointing since this agency is in charge of our most personal information and credit records, and can cause serious harm to us financially.
