The "VIACTIV - My Health" app uses the latest encryption technology and offers you the highest level of security with Nect's online identification process. When storing and processing your personal data, Nect GmbH meets strict national and international security requirements, e.g. the German data protection regulations and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). VIACTIV only uses the ID data necessary for your identification (name, date of birth and address). We do not receive any photo or video recordings from Nect.

For security reasons, using the VIACTIV app with jailbroken devices (unauthorized mechanism to circumvent security/usage restrictions) is unfortunately not possible.
