Why havent you come up with system option to switch from physical sim to e-sim for android phones on your Virgin Mobile app yet. It has been so long that iphones have this capability. Such an unstable app on android. I think it is optimised for apple phone users only. Please look into bugs and fix the crashing issue. It is really annoying and developers must be getting crash reports for sure for this app.
Fraud. After paying the 12month subscription, my account was automatically changed to PAYG and didn't get the extra data bundled with the plan that I chose. I tried in-app and info@virginmobile but both asks for screenshots which was their default response and also impossible to produce as the problem occured after the payment was made.
Surely it feels cheap package at start, but don't try to buy upgraded as all offers you bought at the time of yearly upfront, will be gone as I paid for Extra 2GB and it took away to (4+4gb to 6gb) and it would not give back for mistakely not selecting international minutes and trying to increase local. (They will charge you for added benefit and did not remove or adjust for removed benefits as you have already paid for the whole year. Just be careful.
